Do you have a complaint, compliment or suggestion?

In person: please ask to speak to the manager in charge of the unit from where your complaint arises or to the Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Response Standards: Your complaint must be acknowledged within 5 working days and be resolved within 25 working days.
